    Empire: Horrible service and dishonest people, please stay away and find a reputable company. A sales person came to our house and offered a carpet that we liked for $3,800. We conveyed that we needed time to consider, but he kept insisting to the point that he dropped the price down to $3,100. That should have been the first red flag. After specifically asking if the installation could be done next day, to which he promised it would, we decided to hire Empire. The sales guy insisted I could do 12 months interest free, to which I also agreed. I filled out paperwork, they ran my credit, and the sales guy left with a confirmed next day 9am appointment to get new carpets. The salesperson called me about 3 hours later to say that the carpet we ordered was not in stock, and that we needed to wait over a week for it amd reschedule the installation. I said no and asked to cancel my order.. I am still waiting to hear back, but tomorrow I will formally cancel the contract

    Adam our salesman obviously just wants the sale. He did not provide the proper information about install, payment, nothing. What a fiasco!! Install day, Junior and AJ came out and were very professional and did an awesome job. This is after having to call, move furniture, and postpone one installation of the room. This has been a nightmare!! I would not recommend them at all!! My niece had carpet installed today by Home Depot and there have been no hiccups! Stay away from Empire in the WPB area!! Beware!!

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
