The owner Jeff came out for the estimate. He didn't use sCare tactics as one of the others used. I felt he was honest and offered the best solution.

They came out very quickly, started immediately, explained what they would do in easy to understand terms. Very professional.

The issue was treated immediately and follow up was excellent. At this time I am totally satisfied with this service.

We have had very good customer service when and if we get someone to answer or return calls. I hired them a few months ago, however, our problem is ongoing and has not been gotten under control. In fact, it seems as if it's only gotten worse and the amount of damage being done in and to our home has gotten both costly and excessive. My husband has been the primary point of contact and has had very little luck in getting a response to the numerous calls that have been placed to resolve this issue. If we need to do additional services and/or allow for access to other areas of the house, that information would be helpful. I sincerely hope that someone contacts us back after this last week of attempted calls.

My only complaint is that when they closed the exterior holes that the squirrels made, they used aluminum and not Hardy Board.
