These people were very responsive and professional. And we believe they did a good job. Could have been a little more thorough. We found a couple of potential openings they missed during the initial phase of their work, but they took care of them right away. (And in fairness to the job foreman, his young son had a medical emergency while he was at our home, which surely was a distraction.) They were not inexpensive. $1,600 to get rid of the squirrels and keep them out. Another company quoted $600, but these guys were more professional and presented a more comprehensive plan.

Have not yet completed project. Will give final rating once project complete.

I had an unusual situation of bats taking up residency in my soffit. They came out on schedule to evaluate and told me what the issue was and how it would be resolved. Prior to them coming out all I knew was I had unknown rodents residing in the soffit. The same day they came out I actually witnessed more than a dozen bats exiting at dusk. Quite a site. They came to my residence on time and did exactly what they said they would do and will return to finalize the job. There aren't many folks out there treating bat removal and also offering a one year guarantee. I would highly recommend them for any rodent issue. All communications were straight forward, no gimmicks or games, and just genuinely honest people.

Customer service was great. All guys were polite professional and knowledgeable. They all called at least 30 mins before showing up. Not one of them treated me like I was a bother because I had a tone of questions. When they left you could not tell they were there. Meaning no mess was left behind. Even In the house if some insulation fell out of the attic they picked it up. After Beau, Caleb and Roy were done Beau walked around my house and showed me everything they did. Everyone of the guys including Christy, the owners wife, assured me that for whatever reason if I need to have them come back within the 12mths they would. Chey also assured me that if for some reason they have to come back because the problem had not been resolved and its close to the end of the warranty then they would extend it at no charge. How can you go wrong with that?! I would most certainly recommend them.
