They were professional, courteous and thorough. It has been 20 days and although there was a rodent/critter that apparently (the smell!) died it's carcass was not able to be located. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job of trying and of deodorizing. The workmanship and guarantee are worth the price.

We had a lot of critters in attic. They did good job , followed up but we still have a couple of visitors in the attic. I thing they did the best they could but we are monitoring the situation

the cost was higher than I thought but I went with them as only company that gave free estimates so I really don't know how much other companies would have charged

I had a rather difficult case of rodents. Service men made several trips to my home to check on the progress. Also, my new siding had many places that needed to be sealed and I was shown before and after all the places that had been accessible to rodents.

We had a few hiccups along the way and work had to be redone correctly but in the end the roof rats and squirrels are gone. The company goes the extra mile to work with you and make sure you are happy with the work and the service. They also do a great job explaining the science behind their method of ridding your house of these critters.

Henry and the crew were excellent. Professional, reliable on time, even early if we were able to accommodate. They came back several times until the problem was resolved. We may never be able to get rid of our rats outside, but the guys made it impossible for them to get inside.
