We got very prompt service. They carefully explained the steps in the treatment and began the work quickly. As they have just finished we will find out how successful they were within a couple weeks.

Amazing, caring, professional family owned business! I was a wreck after seeing a baby rat in my house & even more devastated after being scared out of my mind (& potentially my pocketbook) by shady companies feeding off my fears. GRC is still in the process of completing the job of removing our roof rats and sealing the house. So far, I have been very pleased with how they have responded to us and the interest taken in solving our problem.

Honestly they were more expensive than their competitors but did an excellent job of explaining the process, addressed my concerns, and I felt they cared more about doing a good job, so I gave them the bid. It took a little longer to get rid of the attic rats but that was because the rats were persistent, not any company failure. Everyone was great about wearing masks, did their work quickly and efficiently and I will be using them to do a yearly check just in case. Definitely worth the extra money.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Job is still ongoing but so far great job and started the process same day they arrived.
