They are three times more expensive than the competitors, but they use a different system than the traditional traps and promise that rodents would not die inside the house.

Chay, the tech that came to our house, is fantastic. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything, showed me what he saw in the attic so I was educated, and worked with us and our budget. I'm so thrilled to be confident that we'll be rodent and raccoon free soon. The whole house guarantee after they seal our house is a great feature. And, considering all the work he's doing, they're very affordable. What made me want to hire this company was the fact that they literally reached out within 2 minutes of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor by both text and phone. They were great when I had to cancel and move my appointment to the next day with little notice. And, as I said, Chay came across as incredibly trustworthy. I'm so glad I used HomeAdvisor again to find a pro for this job. (My AC company is just as good.)

A pleasure to meet and work with Jeff. Thankfully no pests just geicos but I found him to be honest and up front. No one works on commissions so no worrying about tacked on fees. I did want and purchased the preventative service. I recommend this family first company to anyone looking for an expert with an honest heart and good values.
