Reviews
Write a ReviewQuality work at a fair price
1. The Heritage service technician did a really quality job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The job we needed to have done was quickly completed. I am pleased with the overall quality of the work done. However, when all is said an done, I am extremely displeased with the cost of this project. We ended up paying over $500 for the replacement of a cartridge in the shower/bathtub unit. The steps were clearly laid out for us. It involved 1. shutting down the main water source. 2. letting the pipes drain. 3. uninstalling the old cartridge. Installing the new cartridge that was already on his truck. 4. Turning on the main water source. Because this was not an emergency, I probably could have refused the job based on price, but we needed to have this done. In summary, I feel we were significantly overcharged for this project and will NEVER do business with Heritage again and NEVER recommend them to anyone.
.
These workmen were courteous, quiet, focused and very neat. They made the work look really good and it is very well organized. Todd Bressette and Eric Saunders were the workers. I would be glad to use them again.
The guy was rude and was told of a hidden $89.00 travel fee that he ‘waved’ because I was a new customer.
The guy was great, thought it was a bit pricey but who knows. $440 to replace an outdoor faucet and some light replumbing on the inside end.
Very expensive flat rate structure. Paid $261 for a kitchen faucet replacement with owner supplied faucet.
The plumber was on time and very professional. House is aging and he took the time to check out all the plumbing for any issues at no extra cost. I mentioned another plumbing project I wanted done and he priced it out and completed the work then and there. I would definitely hire them again.
Expensive but got the job done
