Nick was extremely helpful in teaching us how to properly run our system. After patching a small hole, he inspected the entire house and gave clear advice on how to maintain our unit. He was also friendly and patient, almost as if he were a long-time family friend. We discussed other services Heritage offers but he never came across as pushy or forceful. My husband and I recently purchased our home and were worried that the AC unit was failing. Nick's knowledge of not only the hardware but the science behind cooling was reassuring. Thanks Nick!
