Up sold me on appliances bad mouthed Home Depot. But have me same product sold from there for ore money

The quote was the highest by about 1,000 but they were more thorough than any other company and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. I also have a year to decide if the system is to my liking. If winter comes and the system is too loud, not heating well enough, or anything else, I can call Heritage and they will come make it right on them (according to the paperwork they had me sign before service started). Part of the higher quote was also that they required the better filter system be installed and other higher end equipment be used. The system reads 98% efficient

Rodney was very thorough and pleasant during his visit. He quoted the prices to repair the AC unit, and then did the work.

Anthony N. came in, explained the install of the split A/C system, what would be done, and where the placement would be before completing the install. At the completion, he went over the equipment install and how to work the remote. He also provided some tips based on other installs which was very helpful and appreciated.

Mike S is a long time employee, and is extremely knowledgeable. Mike explains things in a clear and concise way. Chad was excellent, will be an asset once he is through his training SPOTLESS cleanup. Very polite, and courteous. Heritage is lucky to have a long term employee like Mike S. who obviously enjoys his job. They are also lucky to get a new employee the high caliber of Chad, and lastly, Chad got the best in training with Mike!

Heritage is my plumber of choice, due to their excellent reputation. Will M. did an outstanding, professional job replacing a broken pipe, changing out an "s" joint pipe for an "A line" pipe and installing a a new ball joint turn off valve. He informed me why this was better, and why this would help prevent the pipe from future freezing, in a clear, courteous manner. Will's outstanding customer service is a credit to Heritage as he represents the Company to it's fullest. It is evident that Will enjoys his job - it shows, and he is her to help you, the best way he can. Thanks Will & Heritage!

David was fast and extremely clean and courteous (sound like a boy scout). Got the job done with no bother and even had to make a special tool to get the job done and since he had everything he needed in the van he was able to do so.
