    Was very disappointed. They want to sell fans to me they did not fix the work. I still need some one who knows what they are doing to come help me. Nice young men but no experience.

    I am sorry to hear that you were disappointment in the service you received. In this case, the light kit (fixture) mounted on the bottom of your ceiling fan was the issue, we can't repair light kits, and the cost of replacing it would be close to the amount of a new ceiling fan, that's the reason we suggested that it would be a better investment to replace the ceiling fans rather than just replacing the light kit. If you think about it, and reconsider a new ceiling fan installation, we will be more than happy to send one of our experienced technicians back to your home and we will waive the travel fee. Thank you.

    DJ the electrician went above and to help fix my electrical issues. He even gave me four options when he only had to give me one. Very kind hearted, honest, and knowledgeable. He even put in a good word for me to Jason the supervisor to help me finance my housing project. I am very pleased and highly recommend"Light'em up Electric"!

    Very nice team, explained process very well. Just make sure you understand costs up front. I was told no service fees to assess the problem but was hit with a "diagnostic" fee (this should have been explained during the scheduling process).
