I feel they should have carried a few more common parts

Tech Craig did a through investigation and found numerous problems contributing to outside flood lights not staying lit, garage lights malfunctioning, fuse box switches frozen...Craig fixed these issues. The three other techs, from other companies, did not find these problems (in this old house). We had squirrel problems in attic from over ten years ago that effected wiring insulation that caused flood lights to go off...Craig got up in the attic and found the problem. Great work Craig!

They charged me for an inspection I did not want. They then used that inspection to try to get $4000+ more money. They were going to charge me $150 to change a light bulb. If not in a hurry I would have told them not interested.
