Craig was great! Super personable, knowledgeable, a person you wouldn't mind having in your home. Light em up were very professional, they called and emailed when and what they said they would and their pricing was as expected. I have great faith that all will go well with the work they've done, and the lifetime warranty is an excellent addition to their already great work to give you peace of mind! Def would recommend. They may not be the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either and their service turnaround time was excellent. Less than 24 hrs after initial contact they came and did an estimate and completed job same day. Thank you Light Em Up!

Excellent customer service. I have never had a more knowledgeable electrician. Ian explained everything so I would understand the work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Nice enough guy, however the initial estimate was VERY HIGH, he finally came down but the experience was horrible. He cut himself while he was here and blood was everywhere. My dog was let out and it was a very tense situation of having to find my dog, when I contacted the company to discuss, the response the upper management was non satisfactory. The job went much longer than it should have due to the electrician not having all of the tools needed and having to travel to get them, 45 minute round trip. Overall an experience I would never wish to repeat, nor recommend

Though it seems the work done was ok, It has been like teeth pulling to an itemized bill in writing from these people. I called and was told that they are a paperless co. How can that be when this is a business. Finally I was e-mailed a bill that was not itemized nor did it include everything I was billed. Mr. Lavender said the project manager would get back to me. Hasn?t happened yet. Home Advisors need to do a better job of screening.
