My experience with JES was very positive and professional. The initial assessment was timely, courteous, and the options were explained in detail. The scheduling of the actual work was within a reasonable time. The crew of Austin C, Devante T, and Justin S arrived on time and got busy immediately. My job was performed on the outside of the foundation and required digging down to the problem area, so they showed pictures of what they had done and subsequently covered back up. Would definitely recommend this company.

Anderson Pusey is a great rep for your company. His professionalism and informative manner is what made us make our decision. The work team that was sent did a great job. Zykeon, Bobby Scott, Brandon Epps covered everything and cleaned up well. The first team did a wonderful job covering up the whole basement and cleaning up also. We had a vehicle crash into the front of our building and our first call was to JES Foundation Repair. We wanted to have an inspection done on the wall to check for structural damage. Collin Dozier arrived for his appointment on time and immediately started to assess the damage. He asked the right questions and was very professional. After consulting with his team, it was determined that there were no structural issues to worry about. I was very impressed by Collin Dozier and the JES team.

I'd like to give a special shout out to Brian Reiber for the excellent work he did trouble shooting our basement dehumidifier. It had suddenly started leaking and we couldn't figure out what caused the problem. Brian masterminded a permanent solution and was professional and thoughtful. I looked at a few companies before hiring JES to encapsulate my crawl space. The sales guy who can to the house was extremely slick - seemed knowledgeable, presented a thorough power point complete with videos and I felt educated. He told me why their product and service was better than the competition. Additionally he convinced me to an add on cost of securing a joist in the crawl space which he said would solve my sticking pantry door in the kitchen and some cracks that had appeared around several door frames. That day in February I gave him a check for $2,000 - even though I was told the work could not be done until April. April arrived and generally JES was good about being here when they said they would. The crew that arrived was professional and I thought they did an excellent job. Overall I was happy and the process went just a the sales guy suggested it would. Four months after the job was complete - my kitchen started to smell musty - and my floor in my kitchen started to buckle. So I decided to venture into the crawl space. To my shock - the very expensive dehumidifier that they installed had its chord bundled up and it had never been plugged in. I was stunned. For four months - nothing was working. I called JES immediately - it was a Saturday - however I thought I would hear back from them on Monday but did not. I called again on Tuesday and finally on Wednesday I got a call back. They sent a crew that Friday to take a look at the crawl space. The crew that arrived confirmed that indeed the dehumidifier was not plugged in and they said someone else would be in touch I have called repeatedly to speak to someone and have yet to receive a call back from anyone in management. The problem was pushed down the ladder to a superintendent who has done the best he can to mitigate the situation but it has been made clear that I will not hear from management. The superintendent will now ensure a new outlet is installed which was apparently my responsility all along though this was never communicated and I have been told that I shouldn't expect to hear from management. The lack of attention from management goes against everything the slick sales guy said set them apart from other companies. To leave the superintendent to deal with this and for the company to assume no responsibility for the kitchen and the buckling floors is shocking. My only option at this point is to proceed to small claims court where perhaps I'll finally get the attention of someone further up the the chain. The company makes it impossible to reach anyone there - you have to go through the 888 number. I'd do some serious homework before you even consider hiring this company.
