I highly recommend this company! They turned my 30 year old dull, water stained, overly waxed hardwood floors into something that could be in "House Beautiful". They were professional throughout the process, Moved all my furniture out with care and all and all I could not be happier with my 'new floors'. Besides that the price was very reasonable for the large area they did.

They don't come to work when they are supposed to. Final price was almost double as estimate. I'm not happy about the color of stain. some saw dust are caught in coating.

some time we need to stop for supplies in the morning this can delay us some time up to an hour . If the price was double it's because the customer added to the original job description . There would be NO OTHER REASON for your price to change . I ask all my customer's to pick more then one coloer . We come in and sand your floor and put down the coloers that you pick . Then we ask you the customer which color you like the most . Then we sand all the coloers off the floor and put down the coloer that the customer picks . How is it my fault . And i tell all my customer don't clean after we leave ( some don't lesten ) causing dust in the coat .

We went this company because we felt they were the best priced, most honest about how it would come out, and the most experienced. We interviewed a few companies and once we decided to go with johns floors, they were able to accommodate with dates for the following week. The guys that came here were very nice, hardworking and respectful. Even got a follow up phone call to make sure we were happy with everything. When's the last time any company has done that?? Highly recommended!!! 👍

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with John as many others have had. A portion of my floors have swirl patterns in the wood that appeared after sanding and staining because of a previous sanding job and John's crew stained and finished right over them saying nothing could be done when all they had to do was sand more. In addition to that I was told 4 days and it took 8 to get my house back. Also had a banister built, they overcharged me and didn't mount it flush to the wall so you see a gap and the screws holding it in place. Crew was nice but got the run around from John and he would not come and inspect the work when asked.
