John's Hardwood Floors

John called me before I got off the computer. I explained that I had a small repair to be done when I e-mailed you people I said that in my e-mail but that wasn't sent to john. He explained to me he only got my tel. #. He ref'erd me to a gentleman that could take care of my small job. I like john and would use him on a later date. He's honest and upfront a trait that's missing from a lot of contractors these days.

The truth is due to the recent impact of our declining economy I had to postpone any and all renovations to my condo. I will however rate the consultation to be very friendly and informative. I hope to be able to due business with John in the near future regarding floors. Both John and his assistant seemed to posses a great deal of experience and professionalism. Although I had to currently decline any work I am more than confident I would have been pleased with the results. I apologize to your company, I feel as though I wasted your time. I have every intention of contacting you when these struggling times hopefully end! Sincerely Joe M

Disrespectful to my home ( their workers thought it was amusing to put wet stain hand prints on my freshly painted walls like they were children)!! Would never recommend these guys again. Overpriced and not great work. Always had an excuse when I complained about the machine marks in my floors and the marks and chips in the brand new floors that they laid down!! I spent ALOT of money and yet I felt like they didn"t care that I had a time frame ( that they were VERY well aware of from the day of estimate). They would only work three to four hours at a time even though they knew that they were holding everyone else up , but again they didn't

John did an excellent job. He was helpful, hard wroking and fast. I would reccomend him without reservation. Thanks

The entire staff that worked on my project were very knowledgable.My floors came out GREAT and it makes my house feel Brand New.I'm definitely going with them on my next project.

You can tell that John has experience in flooring. His prices are fair. His workers are experienced hardworkers. I let John know what I wanted and he gave me exactly that.

Moses was the project manager, if I could I rate him with 11 stars. They did a capital job! They were neat and clean They treated my furniture as their own. They were excellent.
