Sam told me he was going to call to set up a day for the work. Got a call when the guy was coming. Needs to do better on communicating when work is going to be done.

Hello, just to be very clear on this review...we service the entire NW suburban area, a very large area and we do numerous repairs daily, sometimes up to 10-12 repairs and also look at just as many repairs in many different areas, and our schedule is always changing due to weather, length of time on a repair, routes, cancellations, etc., and it just so happened to be in the area and close to Mark's house, also considering we had a cancellation, we figured we squeeze in the repair that day, so we called ahead and followed through with doing a great job on solving Mark's leaking problems, so please understand that we are very very busy and our schedule.

This is Sam, the owner of last stop roofing, I want to respond to this review for the fact that on the repair end of our business our schedule is always changing due to many factors, such as weather, cancellations, length time on a repair, location, etc...we service the entire NW suburban area, a very large area and we do up to 10-12 repairs daily and look at just as many...in this situation we had a cancellation that day and we were in the area so we called and told Arthur that we could come today due to the cancellation and change in plans, so please understand we are up against a lot when you service so many people in such a large area, we do offer.

They did my roof repair and my gutters qith leaf guard. I am very happy with their service and quick response. I would definitely recommend their services. I would use them again if needed.

Last Stop Roofing was great to work with. Jim did a quick inspection of my roof and located the problem. He was at my house the next day and fixed everything. I felt that he when above and beyond and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and Jim.
