Slow communicating in setting up the initial appointment and the appointment to schedule work to be done. The same tech that came out to do the estimate did the job. He was very courteous. I did not see the end result of his work i.e. it was a leaky roof, but I will know when it rains. Expecting no more leaks. Would hire again.

The company contacted me immediately. A technician reported the next day to inspect my roof. I had a quote that very evening. The job was completed the next business day.

Sorry to say that they are unprofessional, they do not communicate clearly. I had a poor experience from a customer service stand point. They are not trust worthy and I would not recommend them.

hello my name is sam with last stop roofing, and i am very eager to respond to this super unfair, non deserving and un-true review that this customer decided to write after we helped her out for FREE!, she has zero respect, zero appreciation nor consideration for what we do as professionals! she took extreme blame and major un-appreciation to a whole new level. brianne completely disrespected me, and my employee after we helped her stop the leak on her roof at no cost to her, after i decided to not charge her for the fact that her leak issue did not fall under the warranty, tho being the good honest business owner that i am, i fixed it for he
