Sometimes things don't go well...and when that happens, it's how a company responds that determines the whether to recommend them or not. A tree limb fell and tore a piece of gutter. Sam gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. I work nights and can have work done on Fridays only due to sleeping days. Sam worked with my schedule and sent a worker. When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. I recommend Last Stop Roofing Company and if I need roof or gutter repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I initially hired Sam to replace a flat roof that was damaged due to ice dams and age. While he was replacing the roof he noticed significant hail damage to my aluminum siding. The hail storm had been a little under a year ago. I filed a claim with my insurance company and had only 2 weeks to replace the siding or they wouldn’t pay the claim as my policy will only cover wind and hail damage up to 365 days after the damage occurred. Not only did Sam work with me to fit my budget his crew came out and knocked out the siding all within 72 hours of having been approved. Extremely professional and I’m over the moon happy with everything they’ve done for me. I’ve already referred a friend that needs a new roof and siding. And I will recommend them again.

He was clear in explaining what had to be done and as a storm threatened missing shingles, had them replaced before we signed the contract..

They are working on stopping the my roof leak.

They stood behind their work. We had a leak and in our roof (near the chimney. Additionally, we needed additional ventilation added to the attic of the home. They did both and did a wonderful and very attractive job. When completed, a very small leak continued to occur when the wind blew from the right direction. When we called they returned immediately, located the other problem and repaired it at no additional cost. Moreover, they checked back with us to be sure that the problem was fixed following the next couple of rain storms.

I can’t say enough about how terrific this company is. The work was high quality and Sam was always in communication with me about the job progress. I got a lot of value for my money and would not hesitate to have them do another project for me.
