Quick to respond to my questions.
Happy with the job they did on my roof. Bummed they will not give me a small fee for two referrals they contracted. I think they didn't give me anything because they erred on their quote, under quote, and asked me to pay the difference and I refused. A contract is a contract and they should have double checked their measurements and quote before finalizing, or at least mentioned this during the construction, not for the final check. I was not aware of the misquote until they finished the job. I cautioned them not to bring this up at the end as this makes them look bad and suspicious about this side of business. Makes me wonder how many others have gone through this but did not speak up? It is what it is and this is my story, which LSRC created themselves. I was flabbergasted what he was trying to do at the end whether sincere or not. We don't know each other and it is all business. Glad the job is done, but disappointed what they tried to do at the end. I am sure they were sincere with being honest with their mistake, but the way they went about it just didn't seem right. If you are smart enough and see how this will look bad if you ask the customer to pony up for their underbid, then you need to accept your own mistake and take it as a learning experience. They have been in business for how many years? And misquoted?
The work was accompliShed as promised and Jim explaIned all his repairs to me.
