Sam text me the night before to let me know a roofer was coming. They look at roof gave me a cost. The roof repair was done.

I setup an appointment online on a Friday night and scheduled it for an upcoming Tuesday due to a recent holiday coming up. I got a phone call the very night morning (Saturday) from Sam. Truly was not expecting such a prompt response from them. Sam was able to setup Danny to come out same day and inspect a tab of shingles needing replaced. I was very happy with the amazing service that Sam was able to provide. Danny when he arrived was a great help! Very friendly, and honest. They offered me a competitive great offer to repair my roof. Very knowledgeable, and extremely professional! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! You don't see this level of quality to much these days, you can tell they value their customers and employees. I will most defiantly be getting my roof replaced soon and my first call will be to Last Stop Roofing! Thanks again guys!

I entered my request on Sunday Afternoon. Later that same day I received an Email from Last Stop. The next morning I received a call and a visit. Sam Badran inspected my roof and temporarily fixed my problem as well as a few problems I didn't even realize I had. Later that day 2 men arrived and fixed my problem permanently and warranteed the work for 2 years. Sam was very polite and professional. He explained my problems thoroughly. The other workers were also very polite and professional and went right to work to fix my problems. How can you ask for more than that? The other companies didn't even bother to give me a call. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the competitive pricing.I asked Sam for a quote on my roof last fall after he did a repair for me. I received his competitive quote in April, just like he promised. He responded to me right away and I contracted my job with Last Stop immediately. Sam kept me informed during the entire process. He was very personable and professional. He showed me shingle samples, let me know when materials were being delivered and exactly when his crew would show up to do the job and when it would be completed. He also called me afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I personally met his entire crew. They were all very professional and hard working. The complete roof tear off and re-roof was completed in one day (a long day). All my plants, shrubs, patio and deck were covered before work began and when finished you couldn't even tell they were there (except for a great looking roof). Last Stop did a fine job and I highly recommend them.
