I wanted was to get my gutters cleaned now. did not need all of their additional adds.

Rushed the job very quickly.

Arrived on time and delivered as promised.

I liked what the sales guy had to say and hired them over the phone. Gave them a CC to secure my spot. It has been 7 days, and they promised someone would be out to complete the job. Not one email or call to discuss when this project would take place. I called Ned Stevens on day 5 looking for an update. They said they only schedule that morning. So they could not provide a completion date. I highly recommend NOT using this company, anything but lies and unwilling to provide a firm date on when the project will be complete. I am looking to cancel my request and go with a more local company.

The professional crew arrived within 24 hours of my call which was highly impressive. Two men spent the better part of an hour cleaning my gutters with a blower and then a hose. After they finished they bagged up all the debris and blew off the entire property ! After hearing stories about other companies leaving debris behind I was very relieved and happy! The price was the best out of three quotes I received. I would highly recommend the Ned Stevens Company.

Made a mess on my windows with their chemical, wont wash off, did not do the job they promised. Very expensive. Would recommend someone else for you needs.

I was very disappointed. They said they could not clean mt gutters because I had Gutter Guards. I knew that was not true because I have had them cleaned before. It is a job, but it can be done. They left a small bag of dried leaves at the end of my driveway, they may have come off my roof. I won t know what kind of job they did until I have a big rain. I do not think they cleaned my gutters. They were only here for I hour and I have a lot of gutters.
