The performed as described. I was taken aback to find that only those rain gutters that could be reached with a ladder would be cleaned. I have an interior atruim that because of insurance reasons they could not service. Because of this I will have to find another provider to preform the annual services.

Update: follow up from a nice supervisor from Ned Stevens Promised to review the recordings and share the results.made it up by reducing the cost of pending balance. i updated the original rating from 2.33 to 4 ** see below for my original review. Stay away. I did not have good experience. Only one section of my gutter screens were screwed and they were supposed to remove only those screens because the rest if them just lift and get cleaned. They removed and disposed of all the screens at a substantial loss of over $150. Very high pressured salesman. Never again I will hire this company.
