I hired them to clean the gutters on my home. Wonderful staff the gentlemen are very kind, courteous and very professional. They come in do the job and clean the area when they complete the job. Extremely happy with the services provided.

The crew did a wonderful job. After the work was completed another company member came to inspect gutter cleanout. We've had two torrential downpours since the cleaning. Gutters are draining fine. Well done Ned Stevens. Great job, great price.

they came out and clean my gutters as well as taking photos of the gutters. the photos were real good because it provided me with the condition of my gutters as well as the job they did.

They gave me one quote over the phone. When they got to my house (despite already having the number of stories and sq. footage) the home was repriced at a higher price. They did check with me before doing the work. I was also told they would bag the debris and leave it in the driveway so I could see how much was removed from the gutters. This did not happen. I have little idea of what was actually done.

After another company failed to call or show for the appointment, I gave Ned Stevens a call. I was a little hesitant about calling a national company, thinking I'd never get a response. Within two hours they had called and emailed to follow-up with me. I was given a quote right on the phone, and they came out to clean my gutters just a couple of days later. Generally the work was fast and high-quality. They did bang up my tomatoes a little, but not enough to cry about. Despite having REALLY fully gutters, the grounds were spotless when they were done. The only down-side is that they show up on their schedule to clean. You don't get any advance notice of when they will be there, so you may or may not be home. If you're not home, the crew will clean anyway. I would certainly use Ned Stevens again, and would recommend them to anyone else. I'm certain that with a local crew I could have gotten a better price and more personal service, but the work was excellent and done quickly. For now, that's what's most important!
