Prompt and courteous. The job was complete when I arrived home. The only complaint is that the 3 bags of debris was left in the gutter in the front of my home and not taken away.
Communication - excellent; Organized - came when they said they would come; cleaned their area - and left me a tidy bag to take to the dump or put out w/my trash; and, left me a note that they were there (when I wasn't) - and left a nice note w/their contact info/other services and "to do list" (if any). Professional. Period. A little costly ; but, you get what you pay for. Some companies offer Senior Discount rates; they didn't offer any ...
The service man came assed the situation and got right to work! From start to finish the experience was awesome

Came out next day, found a coupon online and they honored it. Really good company and very detailed oriented.
I wish we would have known when they were coming exactly so that we could have been given the opportunity to ask questions about any issues.
They would not give me a set time for my appointment. After waiting 10 days and three phone calls, they show up and did the work. Spent one hour on site, left without talking to me but did leave a door tag saying they had found an issue and needed to call the 800 number find out what it was. After 10 minutes on hold found I had a leaky gutter and my gutters needed to be adjusted or replaced. I received this --great-- customer service and ONLY had to pay $300. Wow.On the upside, the gutters are very clean.
