I made the mistake of hiring Paradise Pools & Spas of Houston to build a pool for me. Seven weeks later, there was no sign of completion in sight and we were 2 weeks from Christmas. Leo from Francys Pools came out on a Saturday to provide and estimate. he told me he could have the pool running in 3 days. The team arrived on Monday morning at 7:30, installed equipment, tested the plumbing, installed the power, installed a 4' sheer waterfall, plastered the pool all withing 2 days. The team worked together from dawn till dusk to complete the work. I wish I had chosen them to begin with.

They answered my query quickly & performed the work the next day.

Punctual and competent. Before I had Francys, I had a number of people who tried to fix my pool's problems, with very mixed results. Francys prices are not rock bottom, but the value for money is excellent.

Set appointment they were on time! Appointment was set for them to come look at the problem and give me an estimate at no charge. Once the problem was known price was given for repair, repair was completed that day. Yes I will be using them again.

They have a good response time for both a pre-job inspection and quote, and in doing the job. They did the work in a quality manner, explained what they were doing, and completed the job in the time limit we needed. Would definitely use them again.
