The guy that came out barely spoke English and did not even test the pool. Dropped chlorine tabs in pool and they stuck to the bottom. I needed help cleaning and vacuuming and not sure if he did anything because he never communicated anything to me besides who to make check out to for 10 minutes of being there. I was really disappointed because I am disabled and it was a great way of exercise for me but it never looked clean.

Called Miguel on Monday afternoon and he showed up Tuesday morning. He replaced both computer boards on the heater, checked my chlorine T15 and the rest of the system. Very fair price and excellent service. He will be my go to guy for future repairs. Thanks Richard A. Brown

Miguel was an absolute wizard. He had to replace a 40 year old inground pool light which didn't come out easily. he came up with a solution and got the new led light installed perfectly. Top notch work and I highly recommend Francy's for all your pool needs.
