The Service Tech. was out in October. He charged a small fortune, He didn't finish the job. I Called him in early January--and he said I am very busy. He never called back. We now have a pool that has the DE material all over the bottom of our pool.

Returned my inital contact promptly. Understood my problem. Gave me a bid and completed the work within a week. He called to let us know he would be less than an hour late for installation. I could not be happier--would definitely use him again.

Miguel was the only contractr who did not charge a service call fee. He was on time for our appointment and gave me an estimate on the spot. The work was handled in a professional manner. He even suggested some additonal work that would help with the efficiency of the system. I am very pleased and will use him again. The guy who actually did the work took his time and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I'm impressed!

They called me immediately, came when promised and gave me a fair price for the work.

Francis pools were very effective in getting the pool completed and worked around the difficult weather conditions. The price that was quoted was stood behind and the work dilevered was that agreed upon up front. Would recommend them to others and have already.

Good work, helpful comments on other parts of my existing system which needed upgrades, completed upgrades Only question was why were almost all visits after 4PM/5PM? I will use this company again but will request daytime service. I would recommend this company to others! I like these guys!!

I had a unique problem because of the way a previous contractor had installed my hot tub. Miguel was cooperative and creative in figuring out a solution that was both effective and a reasonable cost. Miguel and his crew showed up when they promised, and did a very good job.

I went with Francis because it stood out, since it called me back about my project request quickly and was knowledgeable enough to provide a competitive quote over the phone. Just minor gripes that prevented it from getting it 5-stars - like not getting an invoice, price being a little higher than quoted, and not getting notified of a re-schedule while I was waiting. Other than that, keep up the good work, and I'll recommend it highly.
