The Price was much more than expected. The Garage door had basically fall off the rails. We had a Brand new install just over a year ago. It was installed by another Company. The door popped and crackled. They came and checked and it was Popping bad. They finally came out for a third time and got it acceptable until it flipped off the track. Precision Door got it corrected and did a full rebuild.. Turns out the major cause of the issue went back to previous company had springs that where too strong. I have a 5 year labor and lifetime parts warranty and expect I will not have an issue in the future. Thank You.

Im glad to have found precision door service. They were very professional and did an amazing job installing the door. Im glad they were able to come give estimate, order the garage door and install in just 2 weeks. That is great especially when you live in a neighboorhood where there is HOA. I had to get a broken torsion spring replaced for the roll up garage door. I was able to get the service appointment on the same day I called, and the service man called ahead before his arrival. He was courteous and respectful. The job was finished in timely manner without problems. Only the part still bothering me is the price of the springs I had to paid for and I can't shake the feeling that I was over sold, not over charged, on the parts he used. Initial estimate over the phone was about $250, but the replacement spring ended up costing $400($200 each x 2) because my double garage door is insulated heavier than anticipated I needed much bigger springs than they originally quoted. When I looked at the springs that was installed, they are much bigger than the original springs which did the job fine until one of them broke. When I looked up some web site such as HomeDepot.com, even big torsion springs they sell won't cost nowhere near $200 a piece. The garage door is working fine with new big springs, though

Very poor corporate customer service. They installed a different product then what was promised. I called and wrote to them, but they never made it right. I would not use them again.
