Although the completed work was excellent, I had to wait several days before they called me back after saying I would receive a call from them. I ended up having to call them. It took a week and half to get the door installed, so I felt like the customer service could definitely have been better. They also did not replace the garage door motor (the mechanism that makes the door open and close), but that wasn't clear to me when I hired them. Again, the door looks great and the installer Carlos was great! We are satisfied with the work, but my customer service experience was less than 5 stars.
