I would not recommend this company, if they offered me free service. My order took 7 weeks to arrive, and 45 minutes before the installation, my appointment was canceled. When the door finally was installed, nuts and bolts were left in my driveway, I was also shorted my second garage door opener. When I spoke to the representative Joy, she promised me a discount for all my troubles, and that of course never happened. Horrible communication between the company and customer, I had to make several attempts to contact someone. I will never hire these guys again, or recommend them to anyone else. Really disappointed, after spending $2000, and not getting the service that was promised to me.
