The initial telephone contact was not helpful. A second call, talking to a different person, was very helpful and resulted in a same-day service call. The estimator/installer did a great job of determining the situation, explaining our options, and accommodating our needs at a competitive (discounted) price. The installation went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the results.

I got a call right away from this company and since I was in a hurry to get this done, they were out within three hours for the repair work. I was pleased with the completed work but I felt that the price was a little too high. This was done on a Sunday so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it and I didn't shop around.

The service was quick and efficient but I've come to find out the price I paid for the overhaul was higher then replacing the entire door. I believe I made a poor decision on choosing the overhaul and should have looked at more choices before choosing them to do the work. They did do the job, arrived on time, and a good technician completed the job quickly. They offer a lifetime warranty on the work that will take some sting out of the purchase..... So is it there fault I choose the overhaul? No. It was my decision and even though I could have gotten a much better deal --- they did a good job and would recommend them.

The professional arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, he was out of stock on additional door openers. I would have purchased two and had them programmed. I've ordered the openers via the internet and will still have to have them programmed.
