Poor pressure wash. Extremely poor customer service. Most discusting customer service in my 40 years of buying products. Had to fire them and hire another company to restore my siding and trim ( Black PaintingCorp) who re did the power wash and excellent restoration of my home.

I am sorry you feel this way Robert. Not sure why you would give a negative feedback on the customer service, when I spoke to you myself three times for 25 minutes on one of the calls. The powerwash was done well but due to misunderstanding with what was included in the painting, you decided to cancel the project. We reached out in an attempt to resolve any issues but you made the decision to hire another contractor.

After so many disappointments with contractors, having found this company was very refreshing. They came for an initial meeting to check on our new enclosed gazebo, took close notes of what we wanted to achieve, worked with us in the process of picking up the right colors with the best brand and once the job started it was done in a clean, professional and organized matter. The gazebo is nothing less than spectacular and PPP gave it the last touch. The guys were very knowledgeable, very pleasant and super clean and organized. It s very nice to be able to write a good review for once. I would definitely recommend PPP and they will be our painting company to call for our future needs.
