I needed a job done quickly and Precision was able to handle my request. The price was fair, the worker sent for my project was focused on the job, friendly and the job was completed quickly. My only complaint would be that in some areas of the paint job, I see lint left behind from the roller in both closets, but they are closets so I can live with that. I may hire them again for another project.

Precision Painting Plus is unique company, unlike most tradesmen and contractors. They operate with military precision. From getting a quote for the job, to doing the actual work, and then the final inspection, every aspect of the job is organized and efficient. I had four rooms painted in a 70 year old home with plaster walls and ceilings. There was a lot of prep work needed to smooth out cracks, bumps and general surface flaws that were present. Their workers did their jobs well and were respectful and careful with our personal belongings and furnishings. The overall quality of the work was excellent and our home has never looked better. The only glitch was that the cost of paint was significantly higher than expected. They use Benjamin Moore paint, which is an expensive brand, but offer a less expensive brand option if it can be tinted to match the specific color needed. I was not told that the tint I requested was not available in the less expensive paint, so was surprised at the cost of paint when I saw the final invoice which included materials. I expressed my dismay and they were very quick to respond with a price correction. Later in the day someone higher up in management called and apologized for the mix up and offered me an additional refund. I think that speaks volumes about how much they care and are willing to listen to their customers. So, to recap, they did a great job, were very easy to work with, and had great customer service. I can't imagine any company doing a better job at any price.

Told me they will have a project manager on site, was never there, the work was not done properly and they took other jobs, disappear for 6 weeks and would not disclose the owners name.
