Pleasurable experience with Alex Z., the project coordinator. I chose the colors a week later, plugged them into their website and their guys came the day after and painted the interior of the house. From the date of the estimate to the day they got to work was about a week. When the job was completed, I went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I believe they could have been neater for the price I paid, but they said they would be back to touch up the few areas in question. They could have cut the trim and corners a little neater. Otherwise, they seemed to have cleaned up the interior of the house pretty well minus a few splatters. They cut sheetrock on my front lawn to patch a hole in the ceiling and left a mess on my lawn which they neglected to clean up. All in all, decent job but nothing spectacular. I don?t think the work they did was worth what I paid, but I am a nitpicker. I could have done a better job myself, but not in the timeframe that PPP completed the job. I believe they cut a few corners to get the job done quicker. Kudos to Alex for being very professional with everything. Just be aware of my aforementioned points.

Fantastic company run by fabulous people. The project manager, Roger, was friendly. He was a pleasure to work with. The painters, Randolpho and Roberto, worked like real pros. They knew exactly what was necessary and they did it. They were also very neat. I will definitely use Precision Painting Plus in the future. Thank you.

Hired company to paint house and deck. I had no problem with the work on the house. I had deck sanded and restained. Deck started to peel within a matter of months, admittedly after a snowy winter. But the peeling never stopped including on a new board that the company replaced. After raising the issue I was told that the lower portion of my deck rests on the ground and that was a factor -- an issue that hadn't been raised in advance but was conveniently raised after the fact. The primer and overcoat stain has peeled on large portions of the deck down to the bare wood. In response, I was then told, we'll I didn't pay for the top-level of sanding to prep the deck, which is true, but I didn't expect to pay a hefty price tag only to have a less protected deck less than a year later.

I hired PPP to get my house ready for selling. I needed some wall repaired such as popped nails. I was told 3 painters & job would take 2 days. I hired this co. because I was told it would take 2 days which was important to me as I had several things to do that same week. The job took 5 days. 2 painters who didn't speak any English were assigned & I was told I could communicate via the manager. The mngr's voicemail was always full & I could never reach him. I must have tried to call him 30 times. The painters painted right over all the popped nails so now I have fresh paint over bad walls. My error because I didn't notice it wasn't in my contract. The painters needed to return for 2nd coats in some areas not covered well. I was also told by 1 of the owners, Ken how much paint to buy. He had the precise measurements. I was left with 1/2 the paint unused, about $160.00 worth, all unreturnable. Instead of using the opened paint, the painters would open another can so I was left with many partially used cans. Previously, I had an attic fan removed & the ceiling was not fully sanded. They painted over the uneven surafce & it stands out like a saw thumb. I am totally disappointed. I could have painted myself but I couldn't do the wall repair so I hired a pro company. Amendment 12/10/17- I had some touch up to do in another area tht they didn't paint. When I opened the primer they used I found 2 paint soaked small roller pads & a screen. What a mess that was to get out of the can. I don't know why anyone would do that. I still get upset everytime I see the wall damage that they painted over.

This company has excellent communication skills with customer. Painter assigned to our project was pleasant and professional. Work was done in a timely manner and rooms were left neat and clean. Would definitely use this company again.
