Easy to work with and got the job done quickly. One of the painters took off a security gate for me just as a courtesy. That would have taken me probably 45 minutes because I didn't have the right tools.

Jason and his crew were phenomenal! After power washing the exterior of my house, they stained it; and it looks fantastic! They did an excellent job. They also replaced part of the trim to one of the garage doors. Also, they replaced my mailbox, including putting in a new post. I am so pleased with the way my house looks. I have other work to be done on my house, and I will definitely request their service. I highly recommend Precision Painting Plus.

After the exterior paint project was completed. Some areas on the front door could have been sanded a bit smoother. When shown to the project manager the response was “Well, the project itself should have cost more, it’s about what the customer wants to spend." I agreed to the estimate based on the written scope of work and price. Also, at the beginning of the project, I was told their is more work than was estimated and the painters aren’t going to get paid much. The work performed was neat and presentable. In the contract it states materials (paint) I was also charged for wood filler and sand paper. I asked if I could purchase the paint and was told it is best for us too so we know the product. Yet the price didn’t reflect a contractors discount as I have worked with other painters.

Precision Painting did a great job. They power washed my whole house. You wouldn't believe how much dirt can accumulate over the years. Great job.
