During our estimate, we were told all nail pops would be screwed in and defects would be taken care of. I specifically asked about this and said this was a concern of mine BEFORE the start of the job. We came to an agreement on price but When the job was completed and walked through the house, we found so many nail pops and poor spackle work that it was almost laughable. When we asked the painters, he said that the project manager, Shane, told him that it was a ?standard? job and not to take care of these things. When Shane was brought through and shown the issues, he quickly got frustrated and left promptly. We were told a couple days later that he will be sending the guys back to fix reasonable issues. Well we tried to find the worst of it but honestly, it?s all bad. It?ll need to be redone in a few years and I truly regret working with this company who think that because they matched a quote that they are doing US a favor. I would have rather them been upfront and said we can?t work in the timeline or no we can?t meet that number than saying yes and delivering a horrible product. Now I?m stuck staring at this all. I gave two stars because the head painter was nice and professional.

Did not do what they said in the contract, and had to keep coming back for work not done.
