The painters and the work was excellent! I had several interior rooms painted and they look great! However, the customer service needs a serious overhaul. I had an issue arise and the company did compensate, but the manner in which the customer service manager and project manager handled my project could have been much better. Communication and manner needs to improve, but overall the work is excellent.

They were fast and excellent workers. They cleaned up beyond what I had expected. The outside of our home looks brand new. great staff.

Precision Painting Plus stained my cedar fence and did a great job. Their communication can use a little bit of work but overall it was a good experience and I would happily hire them again.

Decent painting on 4 very small jobs. Only real flaw was that the painters did not show on the day they promised but did come the next day.

The young men who painted were polite gentlemen that did a very good job. I appreciated that Jake the Project Manager understood exactly what I wanted. A company I would use again.

They came when they were not supposed to come with no advance notice. They never power washed the huge door and front of the area. They didn't even have any hose with them. They inconvenienced me and my tenant had to take off from work to move his vehicle and has asked me to replace his time lost at work and his extra costs of transportation to move his vehicles parked right by the door. The color also did not match. I was told it would take 2 men 3 days to complete this, when in fact only one man was ever there. The employee (painter) refused to speak with me when I showed up there after me having to leave work because of the problems. It is a bright red now instead of the correct color. I have never had such an awful company work for me ever! I was very overcharged for the work and did not come when scheduled. I have never spent so many hours going back and forth and waiting for them.
