Write a ReviewI hired Roger for a remodel and a stop work order was placed on my door on 01/30/18 by the city because a permit was never submitted, since then Adalia have been trying to get it approved, no work has been done for 2 weeks, the project was suppose to be complete the week on 01/30/17, my home is turned upside down and I need this project done

Lovely people to have in your home. They knew how to patch a crack in the turn of the vaulted ceiling so it wouldnÂ’t crack again. Unfortunately we had already repaired it the wrong way. But they repaired the holes in the walls left by the electrician without using the sheet rock circles that had been cut out so that the plugs would never fall in. No one else knew to repair it that way. Very impressive.

Total professional organization from the very first phone contact for an appointment, to Roger the Project Manager and all the way to the working crews. Roger was very thorough in explaining, step by step, the process to remove the wallpaper, then prep the walls for painting and then the painting. The crews were neat, efficient and left the dining room even cleaner than when they started. When the project was completed, Roger came by to inspect the walls and ceiling and to make sure I was satisfied and the job met his satisfaction too. Thoroughly professional, Arnaldo and his crew did a fantastic job of painting our home. Not only did they complete the project (two bedrooms, bath and living room) in a single day (talk about efficiency!), they also left my floors spic and span. I wasn't sure what to expect and anxious whether the finish/quality of work would be decent given their speed. Needless to say, I was beyond delighted on the day of our final walk-through and now we are in love with our new home! Roger, our Project Manager, invested a lot of his time helping us pick colors/paint and explain the 'nitty-gritties' of the job at hand and to a great extent, quelled all our fears. Overall, this team exceeded our expectations. I would therefore highly recommend Precision Painting Plus to anyone in two minds about whom to pick :)

Extremely disappointed. Sloppy Workman ship. The salesman told us the job would be finished in 2 days. The project manager thought, and was correct that it SHOULD be 3 days. The salesman was only concerned about gettin the painters in and out as quickly as possible to move on to another job. The project manager was truly great to deal with and sent painter back for a 3rd day. However, the painting project was a disaster.Baseboards had to be redone, since they looked streaky and only primed. Places were missed, droplets of paint on doors, floors, painters left their brushes and rollers in my sink after their day was over and a roller pan and roller and small can behind my back door. When my wife was goi g to hang curtains she noticed a section of wall above our cabinets that wasn?t painted and the border paper wasn?t removed. I complained and the project manager sent his painter back. My bathroom sink has a chip in it, our cabinet in the office was chipped. Some of the speckling was very sloppy and lumpy. We?ll NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. There are more things but I?ll stop here.
