Aaron gave the most complete estimate. He installed the furnace and air conditioning unit on time and as promised. Aaron noticed and fixed a problem with a sewer line while in a crawl space. He resealed an area of the foundation wall in which a large hole permitted unwanted access from the crawl space to the basement. Pro Platinum did the job and more.

Called and was able to get same day service for no A/C on a very hot day. Very friendly and courteous. Arrived when said he would. Serviced my unit and informed me of several budget saving options in replacing my very old unit. Was not pushy just very informative.

The contractor showed up on a different day then the one we had agreed upon for the install. Although we allowed him to move forward with the install (despite the fact my wife had a migraine), he never acknowledged he made an error until I produced the email he sent me with the agreed upon date. Unfortunately, I wasted a vacation day because he was not there on the agreed upon day. The furnace we purchased (a Rheem) turned out to be much louder then we were led to believe it would be, easily louder then the 18 yr old furnace we replaced. Although I felt somewhat mislead about the expected quiet operation of the furnace, I'm not sure he had the knowledge and experience with other brands to objectively comment on the noise levels. It took 5 days before he returned to our house to make adjustments to lower the noise (it's still louder then the old furnace). Additionally, I had pointed out the day he had installed the furnace that the humidifier did not appear to be working properly. Three weeks later when he finally came to fix this, he was argumentative and insisted that he "had hooked it up the same way" as the 18 yr old humidifier it replaced, (as if this was justification for installing it incorrectly?). It was only after I became angry due to his lack of a timely response to my concerns that he (finally) came to our house to hook it up properly. I then had to tolerate a childish attitude from the moment he entered the door. It is now hooked up properly and works. We never got an apology for his installing the furnace on the wrong day, he never acknowledged it was better to hook up the humidifier the right way rather then "the same way" as the old one , and he never tried to make right the fact that the humidifier was not operating.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
