They came when they said .Had the old furnace out and new one in in 3 hours . Aaron came by to check that the job was going as planned.

Owner is very smart and capable. Had an a/c fan switched out by one of his workers. Price seemed reasonable and work was excellent. But needed them to come back because my outlet was clogged. James is extremely smart and capable, too.

Great company, Aaron did everything he said he would. For the first time in the last 19 years our house is cool. We replaced AC, furnace and duct work. Fabulous!! The temperature is constant now and we have raised the thermostat 8 degrees higher and the house is now COLD. There is not enough room here to say all the good things about Pro Platinum. If you need a/c or heat I strongly recommend Aaron's team.

Service was done quickly which we appreciated but price was also good relative to our other bid we received.
