I submitted the request for a quote to fix a broken spring on my garage door at about 7pm Saturday evening. Cory called me by 7:30 and let me know a price and when he could have somebody out by. He said if it was an emergency they could come out on Sunday, but since it wasn't he scheduled me for 10-Noon Monday with Jordan. Jordan called me at 9:15 Monday morning and said that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay if he arrived early. He was here by 9:30 and finished by 9:45. He was friendly, polite & professional. And most importantly, he fixed the problem! Cory had explained to me on the phone that even though only one spring was broken, they recommended replacing both for even tension on the door. I appreciated that they recommended the best thing for my door instead of just the cheapest fix. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a whole new door just because mine is old. It still works and they were happy to just help me out with the repair. Great service; would definitely recommend to anybody and would use again!

Great service and very quick -- I had a garage door that was stuck open and they were able to send a technician out the day I called. When he was running behind he called ahead to alert me, then had the door working and gave it a quick tune-up besides. Excellent service, answered all my questions, and a good price.
