The repairman was prompt and thorough. He pointed out and carefully explained how some other issues he found could be inexpensively resolved. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing garage door expertise.

Justin showed up early for the appointment. I thought the opener was dead and we would need a new one, but Justin looked at our current opener and told us it could be fixed. This saved us several hundreds of dollars. He replaced the broken springs and the capacitor, then did a thorough once over including attaching it more securely to the ceiling, and resetting the parameters. He caught a problem with a roller and a broken hinge and asked if we'd like it fixed. He was upfront about cost before he performed any service. Last, he performed a safety check. Excellent job. I'm saving their number.
