I could not be happier with the experience with Town and Country Door. I submitted the request with HomeAdvisor yesterday morning. Brian called within minutes, advising of their years of experience and their BBB rating, along with a quote. He set up an appointment for that afternoon. Gary, the tech, was actually able to come early, which was great. The job was done quickly and professionally. The final price was the quoted rate, and was at the low range of what I expected to pay. I will definitely call them again if I need any work pertaining to my garage door.

I called them around 4PM on a Saturday and was told that someone would be out between 7PM and 9PM. The person showed up at 7PM, was very polite, and completely finished the job in less than 1/2 hour. A great experience. I am very pleased. He saved the weekend!

The job was completed in less than 30 minutes within only a few hours of my contacting them. The owner of the company, Claude, and his tech, Donny were very professional and helpful. Donny is an honest, polite worker. He is proud of his company and his work ethic shows. Pricing was reasonable.

I was checking out their profile when they called me. They came out shortly and cleaned up the damage so that we could get our car out of the garage and clean the garage so that they could install the new one they ordered. The new one was installed the next day which increased our feeling of security. I don't know about value for money as we had our back to the wall and were grateful for the fine service, Linda R. G.
