The installer was a contractor, but exclusive to that company. I prefer employees as it holds the complaint to a higher standard. But, this contractor, Jordan, was fast, courteous, did quality work and I was the one a little late due to traffic. He called prior to that app't and then reassured me it was fine. I'd use them again!

The service was explained in detail, as well as options and price. Send a request for a quote and they call right back for schedule a time the same day. After a quote was given and accepted service was done the same day. Very happy with the service.

I called on a Friday because the spring broke trapping my car in the garage. They said the soonest they could repair it was the following day, Saturday. They arrived at 12:00. It took Donny about 15-20 minutes to replace the spring. He explained what the problem was before beginning. He was professional in his demeanor. I am happy with the service provided. It cost me close to $200. I'm not sure if this is an average price for spring replacement.
