Very good work. I thought it was a little too expensive!

Very professional work. Came in and did what they said they would. No mess left behind. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, and this company is worth a look.

I waited 8 weeks for my new windows. When they finally arrived they were the wrong color. I had to wait another 8 weeks for my windows with the correct color. But someone did not put the right color felt with the windows. Now I am waiting for the right color felt to be installed. Plus the trim around on if my windows are coming loose. And the man that came out did not have any supplies with him to fix this. He said the job was done incorrectly. He would put a job request in. He did not do this. I waited a week for the phone call to get someone out here. When I called I was told the trim had to come from the factory. This would take weeks. Then the Covid19 came. So more waiting. I understand waiting because of the shutdown. But this should have been taken care of before all that started.

PROS: We had only one installer, but his work is excellent. He did all the plumbing, electrical, and installation of the shower and sink components. Communication was a bit iffy we learned if he said he would be early that it meant by 10:00 am each day. He was courteous and laid down tarps each day to keep the path from the front door to the master bath clean. He sort of cleaning up at the end we did have to use a shop vac to clean the floors of fine dust and debris.CONS: Many reviews said they had two or three installation people, we had one. Our contract states that the project would be finished 2-4 days after install begins. Ours took 9 days. We signed the contract in mid-October when I was critically ill and needed an accessible shower stall. Even though the contract says construction would start anywhere between 8-12 weeks, the salesperson said he thought they would begin at the beginning of December. Our install did not start until February 19. The price is outrageous I must have been out of my mind when we signed this contract. We did feel slightly under pressure from the salesperson because of course, he gave us one price and then a lower price that was only good that day. Our total price was $18,801. For that, we got a new larger shower stall (no shower door) with walls moved to accommodate it, a new vanity top with faucets. All associated plumbing and electrical was included. What we did not get: Flooring Vanity cabinets our current vanity was left in place Painting Mirrors installed towel bars installed We opted not to have a shower door in case we needed to roll a wheelchair into the shower. Not once did the salesperson tell us that the shower base had no lip, so water would go on the floor with only a curtain. The installation person told us that after he installed it. I could have sworn that the vanity top would match the shower. It does not it is plain top, backsplash, and sinks are all one color - pure white. It looks like the cheap plastic vanity you get at Lowe. The bottom line I would not use this company again and I will never recommend them to my friends. I do wish we had gotten second and even third bids. I definitely feel bad.

Windows done right! We had our original 1978 windows in our home. They were out dated & completely inefficient. We looked around for windows and were really impressed with what *Improve It* hadn't offer & the affordability. We went from 21 leaky, out dated inefficient, unreliable windows to 11 GORGEOUS big open, beautiful sun giving windows! No more plastic on our windows!!! Easy to open & close, safety locks, tempered because of the ginormous size, safe & easy to clean! Win, Win!!! The crew was AMAZING!!! Not to mention how professional and courteous they were! All while working around and with 2 small children in the home. Fast, efficient, professional & gorgeous! We loved our experience enough to share with our family who just had their old windows replaced!!! Next project, BATHROOM!!!

Kyle was the installer and he was really great. He always was respectful and made sure to tell us multiple times what was going on in the install and had us check a few times on the progress. We were impressed with the company and the product during the first visit with TJ and we got a speech about how we could contact anyone in the company with questions - even the CEO. We had a question about the timing of the project and I called for 3 weeks and never heard a call back. I know COVID-19 meant people might not have been in the office, but not for 3 weeks. They just didn't want to answer my question. I was not impressed with that at all. It was a lot of money and I truly hope it lasts for as long as what we think it will. I'm just not sure I would spend that kind of money again on just a shower and tub, but if the quality truly is there then maybe so.
