Reviews
Write a ReviewThey did a complete removal and replacement of our tub and shower. Everybody we have worked with has been responsive to all our questions and the products look great! Love that it has a lifetime warranty and we were able to take advantage of financing to make the project easier to afford.
Management was helpful
Very subtle high pressure sales tactics. Almost refuses to leave without a contract. (breaks a chair spindle and does not tell me). Miscalculates the job after rushing through payment approval. Then hounded by finance officer daily to contact lender to approve new cost. After finally getting approval for new loan I hear nothing for over 2 months as expected job start date (as told to me during sales pitch) gets within 2 weeks. Finally send email to company seeking details and 3 days later get a reply telling me typical start time is 10-12 weeks from signature. Still waiting call to say they are ready to install.
Hi Kevin, Thanks very much for your feedback. We reviewed the contract you signed on 11/26 and see that it states an estimated 12-14 weeks from signature to installation date. It looks like your materials came in last week and that your installation is in progress right now - very exciting! We are pleased that we were able begin your installation time as promised, and look forward to hearing about your installation experience. We have also taken your feedback about the sales experience back to our sales team so they can use it as a learning opportunity, and we are in the process of implementing new communication efforts to ensure we're staying in touch with our customers better leading up to the installation scheduling. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts. Customer feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we use every bit of it to improve our processes. Thank you for trusting Improve it with your project, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any other concerns. Seth Cammeyer, President Improve it Home Remodeling
Good. Windows were here early. The installers were fast and did a good job
They’re very thorough in their work and the warranty is very very good.
Hard to tell for sure how much was due to the pandemic, but we hired them in July/early August and the project is just now finished. One problem was getting the shower door. Our major concern was lack of communication from the company about delays or why things were slow. We had to initiate calls about what the schedule might be. The work done is fine. Having worked with other contractors, I feel their professionalism would be improved with clearer **scope of work** and timeline in the contract.
Hi Betsy, Thanks very much for that feedback. We are in the process of revising our customer communications and truly value the insights you have shared here to help inform how and when we reach out to customers more regularly. We are having some trouble finding your customer record in our database. Could it be under a different name? Please feel free to contact us at info@improveitusa.com so we can ensure we're looking at the right scope of work for your project and addressing all your concerns. Thank you!
I am very pleased with my new bath. The installers were amazing and very courteous. I was very comfortable with them being in my home.
Ordered a shower replacement in April 2021 and probably will not be done until November 2021.
Work hasnâ  t started yet but materials have been ordered. So far customer service and Shannon haggerty have been great!
Thanks for sharing that progress update, Deb! We're as excited as you are to get your materials in and schedule your project! Please feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime, and we'll do the same. It won't be long now!
They refused to come and give an estimate or do repairs unless my wife was home. They would not explain why, they just said they worry sorry too? inconvenience? me.
Hi Glenn - thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts. We're sorry to hear your experience was less than 5 stars, and we understand your frustration. Our policy of requiring all decision-makers to attend the consultation is fairly standard practice in the service industry. The reasoning behind it is that, as we've learned over the years, that different family members often have different questions about our products and our processes. Having everyone at one appointment is essential for getting all necessary questions answered in person, and saves everyone the time of scheduling a follow-up appointment to answer questions that may not have been asked the first time. Because we want to be respectful of your time, we're sure you can understand why we have this policy in place, although the explanation should have been made much clearer for you during your call with our scheduling team. We'll be sure to use your feedback as a training tool and, again, appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts. If you're still shopping a shower remodeling solution and would like to make an appointment with us that's convenient for both you and your wife, we'd be more than happy to coordinate that for you!
