Had a problem with gutter drainage after the installation . Called customer service and they send someone to fix the problem within a couple of days.

I talked to Josh Troup, about the problem I had with Houston Star Roofing. I hired David Anthony Park on Jan. 31, 2022 to fixing damage to the deck, soffit and fascia. They took my money and never came back to finish the job. One of the three spots where the roof leaks down into the soffits HSR fixed and miss matched the shingles. I showed Mr. Troup videos of the rain running through these spots so he knew about the problem. I also requested a drip edge be installed Leaf Filter installed but screwed it to fascia not deck. Leaf Filters installed the gutter over a rotted area in the front of the house. HSR had only replaced one half of the fascia and soffit in a rot area, since it was behind the old gutters you can't see from the ground. Leaf Filter installers could plainly see this damage once the old gutters were down. I told him that had to be repaired before gutters went up and I had talked with the sales man (Mr. Troup) about this problem. Mr. Troup told me that I could talk with the installers about this when that came. He called and talked to some one for a long time. He told me since it was not in the contract that he could not do it. I did not expect the gutters to be installed over rotten material when I knew I had areas of concern which I pointed out to the installers before they started. Monday July 25, Gary called me to follow up on the instillation I told him he came out used a ladder in back, took a look, did not look at front, they never got back to me about my concerns. There was tape left up on gutters all but one came down with rain the other is still up there. I do not have a two story ladder to get it down. Also, after several light storms I can see scratches in the paint on the down spouts. I am so disappointing with both roofer experiences and out a whole lot of money.

Definitely don?t recommend them! They didn?t show up on the original scheduled date. There are gaps in the leaf filter where there isn?t suppose to be gaps. They didn?t silicone around the gutters where they were suppose to. The job code number they gave for payment and warranty registration I found out was the wrong number after I made payment so that payment was applied to someone else job. When I asked the lady taking payment to verify my information she said she was unable to do that. These gutters are very much over priced. The customer service after completion is non existent because now that the job is done, they don?t care! I do not recommend this company!

Well they showed up promptly to give a quote for the job, want to use them but it has been months. Have contacted them several times. Unfortunately I live away from there business by an hour and a half and they need more jobs in my area before they can do the job. So still waiting. Evidently the company has been having problems with staff moving to other jobs. I?m still hoping they will do the job.
