This company continues to fail to do the project they were hired for and refuses to honor their completion date as stated in their contract. The company refuses to call me and refuses to return my calls. Their customer service sucks. If I had known then what I know now, I would never have hired them, I am totally displeased with them and with Angi for recommending them. I have other projects that need doing but I am not sure I can trust Angi to get the job done since one is an emergency job to replace shingles after a storm.

Expensive, but I believe it's worth it. Gutters look good and they were installed ahead of schedule. Contractor completed the job on our two-story home in one day. Customer service is pretty good, no complaints other than that the CS representative didn't seem to understand my simple request for an electronic copy and she mailed me the paperwork instead. I still received it so all's good in the end!

There were couple of minor issues that they were quick to fix. My concrete birdbath was broken by one of the workers and nothing was done except they did haul off the broken pieces. A bit disappointed by that but other than that, customer service was excellent.
