This company was very prompt; both for the sales meeting, and for the install. They were there the next day after I spoke with the sales representative. The install technician was friendly and appears to have cleaned everything well. The original retail price was not initially worth the cost for us, especially if you are able to do something similar as a DIY project. But after they dropped the price significantly then it became well worth having it professionally cleaned and installed. Leaffilter appear to be an excellent product. I am excited to not have to routinely clear out gutters. I am also hoping this eliminates our winter ice dam issues.

Gutter guards edges were installed over roof shingles in some instances, and not under. They did not clean all the gutters prior to installing the gutter guards. Realized these issues weeks after they left when I was able to have it inspected by a roofer. Poor work done by their hired contractor.

The sales person was prompt, and took the time to go through the process. The demonstrated the product and did a thorough survey of what the issues were and how they can solve them. They were able to schedule the install around my schedule. The installers were friendly and walked me through the results. I am very happy with the results.
