The 2 installer that came out for the installation were professional and did a very nice job installing. Just be prepared to negotiate the price during the sales process. They are sending another person out to do a quality control inspection of the installation which I thought was a nice tough.

They put it up quickly and cleaned up around house, only found couple of scraps. It was leaking between gutter and house, Guy came to look at and they had forgot caulk the brakes holding gutter, will be back when weather warms up. And

Highly unprofessional installation! Totally destroyed much of my gardens. Without asking my permission, cut a 10? tall tree which ended up killing the tree. Damaged another and I spent a great deal of time trying to save it but it, eventually, died as well. In many areas, installer chose to walk THROUGH my garden space rather than, maybe, 10 extra steps to walk around. In another area, where as with other areas, he stuck his ladder on top of plants? he broke what WAS a 6? tall Rosemary! This plant had to be a good 15-20 years old. IMPOSSIBLE to replace and no nursery could even estimate a value for it! The installer tried to claim it was ?already broken? until I showed him a photo I had taken just two weeks earlier. He also claimed he and his ladder were NOT in my gardens. I showed him a photo I took from inside the house of him, with his ladder on top of a rose bush. He got quiet? as I took him around showing him the places where he?d put his ladder in my gardens and his footprints where he walked through the garden? he suddenly stated? ?Sorry I broke your tree.? I thought he was talking about the Rosemary he broke but he led me to where he cut my trees. Not only was I angry that he reduced a 10? tree to about 4?? I was extremely angry that he threw the branches he cut onto MORE roses!! He destroyed three rose bushes in doing this. I called the local company and they were not very sympathetic? also, not very willing to cover the damage to my property. They said they ??couldn?t cover the damages because it exceeded their costs.? What a crock!!! All they had installed was the gutter itself. I ordered the installer off my property before the filter portion was installed. Was the gutter made of gold?!? Hardly! Later, I still refuse to allow them to return and finish, I received a call from the ?home office?. They offered about a 40% discount for the unfinished work but NOTHING for all the damage. In attempting to find a replacement for the 10? tree, the closest I could find, of that variety, was a 3? tree at a cost of $975. I haven?t gotten their estimate for shipping, removal of the tree or installation of the replacement. They still keep insisting that ?a plant? was damaged? even after I informed them that I have a little more than 30 photos of the damage! They have also refused consideration for the hundreds of hours it took to prepare and plant the damaged areas? the soil? the water and care, etc. I am extremely dissatisfied!! All I have truly asked of them was to cancel our contract and I even told them that they are welcome to return and remove their highly overpriced gutters? but, instead, they continue to bother me. Save the heartache and hassle, folks? find another company!!

I'm disappointed with the job. they had installed the downspout in the wrong place which is causing erosion to the walkway into the house.
